Clever Octopus Creative Reuse Center is a recipient of a Google Grants award. The Google Grants program supports registered nonprofit organizations that share Google's philosophy of community service to help the world in areas such as science and technology, education, global public health, the environment, youth advocacy and the arts. Google Grants is an in-kind advertising program that awards free online advertising to nonprofits via Google AdWords.

TOKEN BOX PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
We at Clever Octopus are excited to announce our newest community outreach initiative. In January 2021, we will be kicking off the Nonprofit Partners Program. As the first and only creative reuse center in Utah, our mission is to foster creativity and environmental awareness through art, science, technology, engineering, and math.
We do this by making art supplies and programming accessible to all through resale of materials diverted from the waste stream. In order to maximize our impact, we recognize the importance of connecting with and supporting local organizations in addition to individuals throughout the community. That is why we have developed a token box partners program; to improve the capacity of partnering organizations by meeting their material needs with the resources we have at our disposal.
Every month in 2021, each selected partner will receive a monthly store credit allowance to be used to purchase items in our reuse center. The allowance quantity will be decided by our reuse center customers, who will choose one of our partner organizations to support following a purchase of $5 or greater in our store.
